Meet Marcel Michaels
Marcel Michaels is an experienced municipal Chief Administrative Officer. Before becoming a CAO, he spent ten years in elected office as a Councillor and then Mayor of the Town of Hinton, Alberta. He holds a political science degree from McMaster University and began his career as a news reporter, covering local government from the press gallery long before he worked inside it.
